FAQ

Campus Clinical Ambassadors, answered

Who can become a Campus Clinical Ambassador?

Any medical student, in any year, at any medical school. Several students from the same school can be ambassadors, and you can split the work between you.

How much time does it take?

As much as you like. We ask for one thing a month: share MLAbuddy or a session with your year group, run a session, or write a station.

How does the 15% commission work?

When a student signs up through your link and subscribes, you get 15% of every payment they make in their first 12 months. A payment counts once it has gone through and wasn’t refunded. We pay monthly by bank transfer or PayPal once you’ve earned £20; below that it rolls over to the next month. Your own subscription doesn’t count.

Do I get MLAbuddy for free?

Yes. You get full Premium for as long as you’re an active ambassador.

Will I see who signed up through my link?

No. Your Ambassador page shows how many people signed up and booked sessions through you, never who. That protects your classmates’ privacy.

What if I get busy?

That’s fine. If you go quiet for a while we pause your ambassador role, and your free Premium pauses with it. Your history is kept, and you can pick it up again later.

Is this an official university role?

No. It’s an MLAbuddy programme, not run by your medical school. Your certificate comes from MLAbuddy.
